      医療行為いりょうこういにより患者かんじゃが死亡しぼうしている場合ばあい、その医療行為いりょうこういに過失かしつがあれば、過失かしつの程度ていどを問とわず、直ただちに「異状死いじょうし」に法的ほうてきに該当がいとうしない。
